Returns and Shipping Policy

Postage & Packaging is included in the given price.

All orders placed before 12:00pm UK local time, Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day, all other orders will be dispatched the next working day.

We endeavour to deliver items within 24 working hours from order. (Approximately 3 days), but cannot be held responsible for any external delays.

Item posted but not yet received
Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should take up to 24 working hours. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to postal delays or if an item is out of stock. If your order has not arrived within 14 days please email Customer Services: info at teen-skincare.co.uk quoting your order number.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.

Cancelling Orders
You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the SECPay secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please email our customer services department - info at teen-skincare.co.uk quoting your order number.

If you order has already been shipped, please peel off the returns label on the invoice and return it to us.

Returns Policy
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged Goods
Please return it to us within 21 days including all packaging. We will then refund the cost of the item to your card or send a replacement.
