Postage and Packaging

United Kingdom & Channel Islands - postage is included in the price.
Rest of Europe - There will be a charge of £3.00 postage, please allow 10 working days for delivery.

All orders placed before 12:00pm UK local time, Monday to Friday will be despatched that day, all other orders will be despatched the next working day.

 

Item posted but not yet received

Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail First Class Post. Delivery should take 1 - 2 working days. Sometimes delivery may take longer due to postal delays or if an item is out of stock. If your order has not arrived within 21 working days please email Customer Services: info at teen-skincare.co.uk quoting your order number.

 

Credit Cards Accepted

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro, Delta and Electron.

 

Cancelling Orders

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the SECPay secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please email our customer services department info at teen-skincare.co.uk quoting your order number.

If you order has already been shipped, please peel off the returns label on the invoice and return it to us.

 

Returns Policy

All our products come with a 21 day money back guarantee. So you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. If there is any reason whatsoever that you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just return it to us within the 21 days for a full NO QUIBBLE refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Unfortunately, for reasons of hygiene, we cannot replace good if the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty.

 

Damaged Goods

Please return it to us within 21 days including all packaging. We will then refund your card or send a replacement.

 

Tax and Import Duties

If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; teen-skincare.co.uk advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

All prices in Euros are at an approximate exchange rate and are not at the exact current exchange rate.
